In BJM vodka production, we use water from the Borjomi Valley, extracted from a well more than 75 meters deep. Before mixing with alcohol, the water rests in tanks for at least 72 hours, after which the blend undergoes triple filtration, the special element of which is a ceramic filter specially created for BJM vodka.
